Warren Buffett, the renowned CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, has allocated 66% of the company’s $301 billion portfolio to just five stocks for 2025. These stocks are Apple, American Express, Bank of America, Coca-Cola, and Chevron. Apple remains the largest holding at $74.4 billion, despite Buffett selling over 615 million shares in the past year.
He appreciates Apple’s strong brand, leadership, and share repurchase program. American Express, a long-standing investment since 1991, is the second-largest holding at $45.5 billion. The financial sector tends to recover and thrive after economic downturns, and AmEx benefits from high credit card network purchase volumes and fee income.
