The topics are starting a business, construction permits, electricity, registering property, getting credit, protecting investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contracts and resolving insolvency. While the United States ranks #4 for the overall ease of doing business it lands all the way down at #13 for the ease of starting a business.
