Jothi Moorthy’s Technological Education Crusade

by / ⠀Technology / January 27, 2026

Over the past decade, Jothi Moorthy has developed a career assisting Fortune 500 companies in addressing their major technology challenges. As technological tools continue to advance, big businesses are desperate to keep up, fearful that if they don’t, their business might be left behind in the wake of progress. To this end, Jothi’s role is to help them successfully implement these tools, with her expertise remaining largely internal.

Who Is Jothi Moorthy?

With over 85 certifications, multiple patents, and several Outstanding Technical Achievement Awards, Jothi has earned a reputation at one of the most successful companies as someone who can apply advanced technology to deliver business results. Recognized in the top 1% of technical talent within a global organization of more than 300,000 employees, she has had plenty of insights to offer over the years. However, like many experts in such cutting-edge fields, Jothi hesitated to share her knowledge in a finite, documented form.

In fields such as these, where things are constantly evolving and always in flux, many experts shy away from publishing any definitive work, out of fear it’ll be outdated soon after. However, in 2025, all that changed for Jothi. She created a newsletter and publicly committed to publishing at least once a month. Once she said it, she had to follow through.

The Newsletter Begins

From the outset, this newsletter was not intended to be a part of any grand strategy, but rather just a small external anchor for a big internal shift. Jothi expected a small following at best, but was proven delightfully wrong. Her longtime ability to cut through the noise of technological jargon and get to the meat of new advancements made her newsletter break down complex AI concepts into accessible chunks.

This struck a chord with modern audiences, and Jothi’s newsletter, Agentic AI: News & Use Cases, now has over 6,000 subscribers. In the wake of this success, she was encouraged to explore other publication methods and began posting regularly on social media.

Within seven months, Jothi’s LinkedIn following grew from 2,000 to over 12,000. Her Instagram grew from 300 to 6,000 in just two months. Her content has generated nearly 3 million impressions across platforms, reaching over 1.3 million professionals worldwide. Favikon ranked Jothi #29 among female AI educators in the United States. She did all of this on weekends while working full-time as an AI Architect at a major technology company, helping Fortune 500 companies implement AI solutions.

Sharing the Knowledge

However, growth alone does not define Jothi. What sets her apart is her refusal to gatekeep knowledge. Her entire goal from the very beginning of her career has not been to hoard information exclusively for herself and her own work, but rather to share this valuable intel with as many people as possible. By applying this mentality to the modern market, Jothi has made tremendous strides in making AI education accessible to everyone. Her philosophy is simple: give away value, and opportunity follows.

That visibility opened doors that credentials alone never could. Event organizers could see exactly how Jothi translated complex AI concepts for business audiences, which led directly to keynote speaking invitations. Those keynotes snowballed into an invitation to join the GSDC Advisory Board, shaping global conversations about the evolving fields of generative and agentic AI. As such, Jothi launched The Generative AI Revolution Podcast, a platform for in-depth conversations with practitioners building AI solutions.

In addition to all this, Jothi has also recently founded Women in Tech Chronicles. This digital magazine spotlights the journeys and achievements of women in technology worldwide. The impetus behind this venture was to provide a kind of visibility and praise rarely seen within the industry, because when women see other women succeeding, they believe they can too.

A Brighter Future

Moving forward, Jothi Moorthy is passionate about continuing to educate and uplift those around her. Throughout her career, she has specialized in helping companies navigate the tumultuous waters of technological advancement on a structural level. Today, Jothi is helping people do the same and sharing all the valuable experience she’s gained over the years
