Bobulinski Sues Former Trump Assistant for Libel

"Libel Lawsuit"

Tony Bobulinski, once a business associate of Hunter Biden, has launched a lawsuit against former Trump assistant Cassidy Hutchinson, alleging libel. The suit originates from Hutchinson’s accusations, which infer questionable business activities involving Bobulinski during the 2020 elections.

The lawsuit, filed in a Georgia federal court, accuses Hutchinson of “brutally defaming” Bobulinski in her book by fabricating a secret meeting with the former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows. Bobulinski now demands a retraction from Hutchinson and $10 million in damages for damaging his reputation.

Hutchinson garnered attention with her involvement in the investigation into the 2021 Capitol unrest. Her claim that Trump intended to meet his supporters amidst the turmoil set off a wave of discussion around his influence on the mob.

The controversy arose from allegations made in Hutchinson’s book.

She claimed to have witnessed Bobulinski, supposedly concealed by a ski mask, in a clandestine meeting with Meadows at a Trump rally. Hutchinson alleges the exchange between the two was quick and surreptitious, further igniting the intrigue.

Bobulinski gained notable attention following his appearance at Trump’s final debate with Biden. In response to Hutchinson’s allegations, he issued a denial to the House Oversight Committee. He vehemently denied wearing a ski mask and asserted that threats on his life necessitated the meeting.

The debate further intensified when Hunter Biden, son to President Biden, referred to Hutchinson’s claims during his deposition for the Oversight panel. He suggested that Bobulinski may have untruthfully implicated his father in a profitable Chinese energy contract, potentially resulting in considerable financial gain for Bobulinski and Hunter’s uncle, James Biden.
